Looking for the perfect sign to elevate your event? At Moments Made Co, we specialize in creating custom signage designed to suit your style, theme, and occasion. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know for a smooth and simple booking process.

Please complete the enquiry form below with your event date, preferred sign shape/colour, and any details about your styling. We have a wide range of signage options to accommodate busy periods, and if your date is available, we can often create signs on short notice too.

Already have a design in mind?

Feel free to upload a photo or describe your vision in the comments section below. We will then send through digital mock -ups within 2 business days so you can review fonts, layouts, and colours before we create your final sign. This ensures every detail is perfect for your event.

3. Sign Sizes & Details

  • Standard sign size: approx. 60cm (W) x 90cm (H)
  • Acrylic welcome signs: $50 hire fee (up to 4 days hire)
  • Includes personalised design and ideal writing colour
  • A $50 refundable bond is required and returned once the sign is returned in its original condition
  • Seating plans, linen signage, and themed/character signage are quoted per booking

4. Collection & Hire Information

We are located in Burpengary East, QLD for local collection.

Delivery is not routinely offered, however in some cases we may be able to deliver or collect from venues—please enquire if required.

Standard sign hire is up to 4 days, with extensions available upon request.

5. Booking & Payment

Submitting an enquiry below does not confirm your booking.

We will contact you within 2 business days to confirm availability or discuss an alternative option.

If your date is available and you’d like to proceed, we require a $20 non-refundable booking deposit to secure your date. This amount is deducted from your total, and the remaining balance is due any time prior to collection.
