Returns, Refunds & Exchange

As our collection is personalised for you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

Please ensure all names, dates, spellings, colours and custom details are correct before placing your order – if you submit your order and you notice you need to amend it, please contact us ASAP – moments.madeco@outlook.com. However unfortunately, if your order is already in production, we are unable to change it.

We do not offer refunds for blurry or poor-quality images that are used for magnets, so please ensure your photos are of high-quality with good lighting.

If your order arrives with a defect, incorrect personalisation, or an error
made by us, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your
item so we can have this corrected for you. You may be asked to provide clear photos and a brief description so we can resolve the issue quickly.

All items are custom-made. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, often sooner.

Event sign bookings

A $20 non refundable deposit is required to secure your date, no date can be secured without a deposit.

The remaining balance is due any time prior to collection

All bookings are sent a confirmation, without a confirmation, your booking is not booked.

All sign bookings require a $50 refundable security deposit - this deposit is returned, once the hire products are returned in original condition. On the occasion that there is damage, the security deposit may be withheld to replace the event signage.

On the occasion that an event requires a date change, please contact us as soon as possible to confirm if there is availability.

If a cancellation is required, it incurs in the deposit being forfeit.

The hirer is responsible for all damage or injury that may occur during hire period

Failing to return hire products on arranged day outside of hire period, may result in a daily fee until returned.

Once production begins, any change requests will incur an additional fee
