We are a home-based small business located in Burpengary East, Qld. All orders are created & shipped from our home workspace. Collection is available by appointment.

Our processing time is 1-3 business days currently. Once your order has been made and packed, it will be shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times will depend on your location, however you will receive your tracking number as soon as it's on the way.

Currently, we don't offer internationally shipping. We ship Australia wide only.

Absolutely! We offer discounted pricing for bulk orders. If you are ordering for an event, school or business etc. Please fill out our 'contact form' with your enquiry and we will provide a custom quote.

Choose your product your wanting, follow the instructions in the category (i.e.: uploading your photo for your magnet, or choosing your design event sign etc). Add to cart, follow the checkout instructions - then we will take care of the rest!

We recommend photos of high resolution, bright & clear - this allows the best quality photo to be used for your magnet.

Absolutely, we can make multiple photos for the one order.

Ofcorse! Every sign hire/purchase includes a digital draft (proof) for you to review before anything is finalised and cut. You will receive a draft within 2 business days which you can then request changes to the design such as font/layout etc. We ensure it is prefect for your event before cutting :)

Yes! Our magnets will securely hold 5-6 sheets of A4 paper.

We absolutely can customize any of our products - We can print a logo on a magnet or event sign. Contact us @ moments.madeco@outlook.com if you have a custom design you are requiring.
